Michael McCullough’s Bio

Michael McCullough is the founder of County Services Inc. in West Chester, Pennsylvania. County Action Restoration is a full service cleaning, water damage, and mold remediation company. Founded in 1992 County Services Inc. serves the greater Philadelphia area with trained and certified technicians.

County Services Inc. holds a certified firm status with the IICRC and is certified in the following areas:

  • Water Damage Restoration
  • Journeyman Restoration (Water)
  • Master Cleaner
  • Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning
  • Carpet Repair & Reinstallation
  • Color Repair

Michael McCullough is a member in good standing of the Water Loss Institute, Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration (ASCR). Michael is also certified in:

  • Water loss specialists (a five day intensive hands on course)
